Thank you for your interest in E.H. Ashley. We look forward to providing you with excellent service, prompt delivery and a premier assortment of jewelry components. We are a wholesale supplier of EHA SELECT Brilliance machine-cut crystals from Austria, Preciosa crystals, Aurora crystals, EHA Custom Coatings & Effects on crystal and glass, and EHA SELECT Hand-crafted Glass, Metal and Lucite jewelry components. We have been working with many of the same suppliers for generations, and our long term relationships enable us to offer the best service, in-demand products and efficient delivery to our customers.
New Customers/First Time Orders• Purchasing merchandise from E.H. Ashley requires a Wholesale Account with E.H. Ashley & Company.
• Orders are accepted via Phone, Email and Online.
• Minimum order quantity is $100.00.
• Domestic accounts must provide an EIN Number/Tax ID before items will be shipped.
• Domestic accounts must provide State Tax Exemption Certificate before items will be shipped.

Online Shopping for Wholesale Customers• A Customer Log-in is required using the Customer Number that is assigned once the Wholesale Account is opened.
• In order to shop online, each customer must create a username and password using the customer number assigned to the Wholesale Account.

Ordering/Same-Day ShippingMost in-stock orders placed before 3PM Mon-Thurs and 1PM on Friday will ship the same business day they are received.
We take pride in our customer service and all efforts will be made to get your in-stock orders out the same business day.
• E.H. Ashley business hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
• Minimum order quantity is $100.00.
• Orders received after hours, on holidays, and on weekends, will be processed the following business day.
• Orders placed after 3PM (Monday - Thursday) or after 1PM on Fridays, may ship the following business day.
• Order cancellations need approval from you salesperson.
Please note : When same-day shipping is not possible, such as a power outage, system failure or inclement weather, your salesperson will contact you.
Backorders• You will be notified when backorders come in to allow you to add merchandise to the shipment.
• If backorders from multiple orders arrive at the same time, we will consolidate them into one shipment for your convenience.
• We cannot hold backorders for longer than a week. Please add merchandise promptly.
• If product is not in stock it will automatically be backordered.
• Please indicate if you DO NOT want backorders at the time your order is placed.
• We will not hold in-stock merchandise orders to wait for backorders to be fulfilled.
• In-stock merchandise orders will be shipped out immediately unless other arrangements are made directly with your salesperson.

Consolidated Shipments• For the convenience of our customers who order on a regular basis and want to save on shipping costs, we can schedule a weekly shipment to you.
• Please inform your salesperson if you want to take advantage of this service.
PricingAll prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in currency values.

Payment Options• Our standard payment terms are Credit Card only.
• We accept all major Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
• C.O.D: Payments are not accepted.

E.H. Ashley & Company Return PolicyWe are committed to excellent service and quality. In the rare case that there is an issue with one of our deliveries, this is our return policy:
• Returns are subject to approval and may incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Merchandise returned because of damage or defective goods or incorrect product because of OUR error will not incur a restocking fee.
• Approved returns are for in-house credit and are valid for one year or they will be forfeited.
• A Return Authorization Number issued by a salesperson is required prior to returning any merchandise.
• Credit will not be issued without AUTHORIZATION.
EHA Custom Coatings & EffectsE.H. Ashley has been the industry leader in producing custom effects and coatings on crystal for many years. Our coatings transform colors in the most beautiful ways, and we are known worldwide for this product. This process is done using very controlled and strict guidelines, and all product is inspected before being shipped out to customers.
• Due to the hand done nature of the process, there is a high likelihood of some color variation and slight flaws.
• We strive to attain the highest quality for all our products but, wish to let our valued customers know that this product cannot be returned as it is all produced to order.
• Please call your salesperson to verify product information before placing your order.
• All products are subject to availability and the above terms and conditions.
Items not eligible for return:• Special order items
• Clearance items
• Promotional items marked final sale
Shortages, Defective or Damaged Merchandise• Claims for shortage, defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
• Please inspect goods upon receipt.
• WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS.
Special Orders and Product SpecificationManufacturers and Suppliers are increasingly becoming more stringent with order cancellation and returns. Therefore, all “special order items” will require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to our ordering merchandise from the manufacturer. These items are non-cancellable, and returns are not accepted.
Other orders that may require a 50% non-refundable deposit as well include
• Items that we do not stock
• Large quantities of one stone, size, color, or coating
• Large dollar orders – over $5,000
• EHA Custom Coatings and Effects
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of the original sales order or invoice AND the Return Authorization number, clearly marked on such to receive proper credit. We are not responsible for lost returns or merchandise returned damaged because of improper packaging.
Domestic ShippingAll orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion unless specific arrangements are made via your salesperson.
• Orders valued over $1,000 - will be shipped via UPS.
• If USPS is preferred on orders valued over $1,000 - we recommend purchasing insurance.
• E.H. Ashley will not be responsible for un-insured USPS packages over $1,000.
• E.H. Ashley will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is delivered to its intended destination.
• If a package is being delivered to an area of concern, please consider insuring your package.
International Shipping• International orders ship Monday - Thursday only.
• We ship USPS on International shipments valued at $2,499.00 or less.
• We recommend that International customers using USPS purchase insurance.
• We cannot guarantee same-day shipping as International orders take longer to process.
• Customers who are shipping outside the United States not using USPS must provide an account number for another carrier. (except Canada)
• If payment for shipment cannot be processed the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
• International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with their shipment.
• E.H. Ashley will not be responsible for shipments that do not reach their destination.

• UPS Ground: 1 - 5 Business days by end of the day

• If Fed-Ex is preferred there is an earlier cut-off time for ordering and same-day shipping.
• Fed-Ex orders placed after 2PM (Monday - Thursday) or 11:00 AM on Fridays, may ship the following business day.
• Fed-Ex ground orders will always ship the following business day as same day pick-up is not available.
Free Shipping PromotionsDuring the time Free Shipping Promotions are offered they will go out as follows:
• Orders valued under $1,000 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
• Orders valued over $1,000 will be shipped UPS Ground.
• Customer is responsible for purchasing insurance for orders valued over $1,000 if using USPS Priority Mail for Free Shipping Promotion.
